Parks and Wildlife Regulations. These offenses often include license or permit violations, littering, and campfire violations, fishing without a license, and leaving fishing equipment unattended. Plea agreements in these cases often involve a reduction in the charge or a dismissal, upon completion of community service hours, payment of a fine, a donation to the Parks and Wildlife agency, or purchase of the license in question. If that happens, a defendant will usually be given a new court date, which will give the defendant an opportunity to bring proof of the payment, donation, or completion of community service hours.
